King joined producer Heather Mongilio to discuss being in recovery and her 15-year struggle to stay sober. King is just shy of four months sober.

King spoke to Mongilio as part of a story on the number of opioid overdoses in 2019. Crime and courts reporter Jeremy Arias, who wrote the story with Mongilio, also joined her to discuss their reporting.
