Devani McCarthy is  a teacher, trainer, designer, speaker, business owner and founder of the V.I.P ,(Vision Identity Purpose) instuitute where he coaches. Born in the beautiful Hills of Clarendon Jamaica, He a child of God consumed with the purpose of inspiring change through self discovery. His passion is to help those whom have lost or yet to find their bearing in life, take hold of their God given destiny. 

His personal philosophy is that trapped in every human is the capacity and ability to lead in an area of gifting. That leadership however must be defined, refined and packaged to serve the world around them.
