Depression comes in many shapes and sizes. It's not one size fits all. It's so different for everyone and it hits us all differently. I wasn't expecting this to come on. I was fine when I went to bed and then woke up feeling so much pressure. Had I stayed at home, it may would have debilitated me. I hate even talking about it, but its time to open up.
