Simon Toohey - chef, bartender and all around legend - joins Sarah today. After working in high end cocktails bars in Canberra, he moved to East London and managed one of the World's Top 10 Cocktail Bars.

Simon's curious mind and love for food led him to completing a Masters in Gastronomy and upon returning to Australia, placed in the Final 3 on MasterChef.

More recently, Simon has launched the Sustainable Earth Network, a collective aiming to fight food waste through education.
