Born and raised in London, England, Lawrence Dunning holds both an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Exeter. After 21 years in Chicago, where he worked as a fixed-income derivatives trader in London, Amsterdam, and on Wall Street, he shifted his focus to real estate. Since starting to invest in multi-unit properties in 2009 and becoming a full-time broker in 2014, Lawrence has sold over $250 million in investment properties and built a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets. Recognized as a “Top 1%” agent in Chicago and the highest producer at his company for eight consecutive years, Lawrence is known for his professionalism and expertise in relationship building. He frequently shares his insights on podcasts like “Keeping it Real” and WGN Radio. Specializing in turnkey and cash flow-positive buildings, Lawrence is passionate about helping investors achieve solid, property-backed returns. Outside of real estate, he is an avid reader, a former professional MMA fighter, and a 2nd degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. Recently, he completed his goal of running marathons on all seven continents, including Antarctica.
