The Caldwell police arrested a substitute teacher who encouraged students to fight each other, recorded it, and posted it on social media. Nate Shelman asks: Do you think fighting has any place in schools today? Not sponsored fights like this, this was inappropriate. More like after school two kids disagree and have it out.
