Carnell Smith took his own paternity case to the US Supreme Court of the United States without an Attorney and after two meetings with the court, they told him "NO". He persisted and won his case using the law that he co-wrote with the Georgia Legislators.

• Lobbied for and/or coached victims and advocates across multiple states on HOW-TO create new paternity disestablishment legislation with the critical component 
• Launched the Citizens Against Paternity Fraud Advocacy group that helped other states
