Growing up, I learned to fight and this didn't come from wanting to beat people up or be a tough guy.  It was a response to the abuse I endured from the countless ass-whippings and beatings from my stepfather, and this carried over into my adult life.

I was met with conflict after conflict. If a spouse had a problem with me, my first response was to fight. A business partner have a problem with me? Fight. A Boss have a problem with me? Fight. 

Until one day, I got tired.  I got tired of fighting people who didn't understand, nor did they care about me, so I decided to let go and let it roll.  

It's the only way I've been able to grow. I'll drop some nuggets that will save you time, wasted energy, and prevent you from stroking out and shitting yourself.
