I Thoroughly enjoyed my  conversation with Yanik. The topics we covered served as another reminder for me to reflect on my day to day problems and make the changes I want now.

Being addicted to any compulsive behaviour can happen to anyone, so please do not let the belief that addicts are "worthless" get a hold of you.

Instead, be thankful that your life is free of the suffering called addiction and take rational choices toward improving your life in every area.

Never lose hope, for that is the brightest light in our world of darkness.
