Synopsis: Steve discovers that Oscar has authorized the creation of another bionic operative.  The problem is, Barney Miller, the second bionic man, is not handling his implants as well as Steve.

John and co-host, artist Jerry Lange, are joined by the Fortress of Baileytude host, Michael Bailey. They discuss the retcon of Steve's origins, the fighting styles of 70s TV, and the thinking behind choosing an unstable person for a medical experiment.
