Joining me on for this episode was Dr Acacia Parks, the Chief Behavioral Health Officer at a company called Found which is an organization dedicated to improving people’s overall wellbeing by making evidence based weight loss accessible & affordable for all.

Dr Parks, with her PhD in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, has an extensive background in research and behavior change strategy both as a professor and as a business leader regarding both mental and physical health conditions.

Prior to joining Found, Acacia spent over 10 years with the Digital Health company, Happify Health, as an instrumental leader overseeing the program of research evaluating the effectiveness of Happify’s digital therapeutics.
