Set in the 1940s near the end of War World II, the Japanese struggle to rebuild their way of Life. After widespread destruction of their civilization, their Society is at Zero. Now, a menacing threat from the sea rises to destroy what's left. Japan is one the verge of falling from Zero to Minus One.
