Phill is a Vocalist and Musician from Indianapolis.

He used to be the frontman for World War IX (NYC) and also played/toured in several other notable bands.

He was the former co-host of Dispatches from the Underground Podcast and a well known figure in the NYC Punk Rock Scene.
