At the summit, Man City is now ahead after winning their game-in-hand against Tottenham Hotspurs, and all they need to do now is win their home game against West Ham, to be crowned champions for the fourth time in a row. Arsenal, meanwhile, need to also make sure they win their home game against Everton to have a fighting chance should City slip up. It'll be a nervy final day for Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta. Elsewhere, there is one European spot that is still unsettled between Man Utd and Newcastle, and down at the bottom, Luton is likely to join Burnley and Sheffield United back to the Championship.
