Welcome back to the last episode of The Growth Medium Podcast; season 1. In this episode Sara and Mim sit down to discuss medical biases in the context of BME patients and staff. They talk about the impact of implicit biases on medical care and other factors that contribute to the inequality gap we see in different groups/communities in society (eg: lack of BME contribution in research studies).

They also discuss some solutions, how the NHS is tackling these issues and how we can come together to raise awareness and slowly but surely make some much needed changes.
