I am so happy to be back after a week's break, I missed you all and am feeling so inspired again. This week, I am sharing with you guys my journey to breaking my phone addiction. I felt so inspired after reading “Breakup With Your Phone” by Katherine Price and knew I needed to make some major shifts in my relationship with my phone. In this episode, I share some of the most eye-opening things I learned from the book about phone addiction and why it’s so hard to put our devices down. And then I dive into 10 action steps I took and that you can take as well to create more balance in your relationship with your smartphone. In the past two weeks since making these shifts, I can’t say that I have been perfect but I have continued to decrease my average screen time both weeks.
