Article 32 – Add Zoning By-Law Section 9.10 Canton Junction Overlay District. Article 33 – Amend Zoning By-Law Section 4.
Article 34 – Amend the Zoning Map of the Town of Canton.
Article 35 – Amend the Zoning By-Law Section 8.2 Multifamily Dwellings. Article 36 – Amend Zoning By-Law Section 3.1.4 Table of Use Regulations.
Finance Committee Votes the following Articles
Vote - Article 30 – By-Law Modernization Study Committee Creation.
Vote - Article 24 - Amend by-Law Article IV Section 12 (Voting) and Section 17 (Motion to Require the Use of Written Ballots). Vote - Article 15 – FY25 Capital Requests.
Vote - Article 17 – FY25 Community Preservation Recommendations.
Vote – Mr. Mauro as the Finance Committee’s representative on the Master Plan Implementation Committee.
