Cyprian is a good friend, former colleague and Head Of Software Factory for an Investment Bank. He is also, a former Portfolio Manager. The unique user perspective of this experience dovetails with an advocacy for UX driven product development that makes for a compelling narrative. We discuss the process of building fin-tech applications for an internal user base, remote workshops, the facilitation of user centred design and how the Software Factory lends itself to the inter-department collaboration necessary for enterprise level innovation.
