Back when I worked in the Mortgage industry, I learned to how to pull credit. 

Learned how to read them. 

Learned what banks and lenders were looking for when it came to qualifying people for mortgages. 

I kept their rules and guidelines close to me and developed my own financial system to help me in my journey. 

With this information, I came up with my own financial blueprint. 

It's the 70/20/10 financial blueprint. 

It's real simple: 

1. I live on 70% of my income to pay my bills, notes and everything I require for my household monthly.
2. 20% is for investing, so eventually, I don't have to live on the whole 70% of my income and I can invest more of it. 
3. Tithing (Donating) 10% of my income. 

In the next two episodes, I'm breaking this down for you and outlining some of the principles that make up this financial blueprint.
