Financial Literacy Matters For Your Athletes - Planned to A.T. - Ashley Rutland and Tiffany Pearson-Kilgore
WHY I LOVE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
One of the reasons I love player development is the fantastic professionals who help those in the role. Today we kick off the series with Planned to A.T.
Planned to A.T. is a nonprofit organization driven by the understanding that financial knowledge is power and can lead to creating a framework for a successful livelihood! It is run by two educators, Ashley Rutland and Tiffany Pearson-Kilgore, who saw the need to provide students with a simple toolkit designed to not just help them successfully navigate their current financial circumstances but to ultimately help them build a framework that carries into adulthood.
Their focus is for students to start thinking of ways to improve their current financial status through simple next steps. The end goal is to get students thinking about building generational wealth to eventually improve the overall health of their communities.
