Psychodrama is an experiential - relational - expressive therapy used worldwide to bring the soul into action. It consists of 3 main parts: the warm up, action and sharing and can be used with individuals, couples, families and groups. Psychodrama brings "to the stage" what lives within as a co-creation between the director, protagonist and group members / auxiallary egos.

Maria Mellano shares how with creativity and spontaneity using the natural existing connections, a problem is explored, brought to regulated catharsis and worked through using role reversal and behavioral action.  She has built a successful private practice that is grounded in a holistic, experiential and dynamic approach, where she integrates complimentary therapies to guide clients more deeply into themselves.
