“He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.”

Instead of making excuses for why you can't do what you know is best for you and that you are committed to doing, look for opportunities to get them done and keep your promises to yourself and others. Look for the gaps, look for "dead time" and those things keeping you where you are or worse, dragging you down. Start doing those things that serve you and your family. Stop making excuses.
