Get Crazy is the kind of film that was made for 80s cable fodder.  There’s rampant drug use, nudity, rock and/or roll, a talking penis, and Lou Reed.  And that’s just the tip of the iceberg in this love song to stage hands that work backstage for rock and roll acts everywhere! Why should you see it?  Well, there’s about five different versions of the same song performed in it, and while that might sound boring, it’s anything but!  Malcolm McDowell is just plain insane in this flick…but not droog level insane.  Just regular insane.  This may be the hardest movie to find that we’ve recommended so far, but we do it with our eyes open.  Go forth, multiply, and find Get Crazy!  You will thank us later.
