Deanna Dorman has been a helping women lose weight, build confidence, and feel energized for over 15 years as a personal trainer and fitness nutritionist. As someone who has lost 30 pounds herself from eating nourishing food and quick effective workouts, she has made it her mission to help busy women just like you find freedom from fad doets, counting calories, and spending hours in the gym, and finally get the results they want. She’s the creator of the Fitness Collective Membership, App, and most recently Podcast. She loves connecting with women and building their confidence, to show them how powerful they can be.
