Diva's Amazing Cube Steak and Rice
*Rinse Meat
*Tenderize, then Season both sides ( Lawry’s season salt, & Pepper)
*Add a little grease to frying pan, fry the meat on low until no longer red (Do not burn).. remove the steaks add to aluminum pan or your favorite pan..
*Add peppers ( I use green and yellow)
*Add chopped onions and gravy. ( Any brown gravy/ I use the Heinz Homestyle Savory beef jar gravy )
*Place in oven for about 30 minutes.
*Cook your rice ( White or Brown)
*Remove steaks after 30 minutes (They Should be nice and juicy with lots of gravy and smelling good)
*Fix your plate and enjoy your meal.
*I usually make biscuits to enjoy with this meal as well, but it’s your choice.
