“Well, looking back, one of the biggest transitions that happened - I had moved from Soviet Union to United States. And that alone, you know, not knowing language and starting from scratch, inspired a lot of things. But mostly, because after living my entire life under so many boundaries and oppression and so many limitations, being able to express myself.”
“Fear doesn't exist. They're the reservations that comes from the intellectual mind that don't belong there. So, it's only inspiration, curiosity, love. So what if you fail? Or, you get really upset when you're building a sand castle, and the wave comes and wash it off? You'll start a new one. It's a joyful experience. So, if you really embark on a journey to experience everything, in its purity, as a creative, as a child, as as a spirit, then fear doesn't belong there. And that's why you try, you fail, and you love it.”
