I don't know about you but 2022 came in and slapped the hell out of me.  So I took the amount of time I needed to regroup and start again. 

We all go through things that knock us off course but there are lessons in those valley moments that we must learn but in the end we have to pick ourselves up and get back on track. So this episode is my ted talk on finding my way back...
