Many people make lifelong friendships and connections in college, simply by making a point to get involved and find common interests to connect over. Krystain Mitchell is a D.C. student who stays grounded through singing with the Voices of LIFE gospel choir as well as her work as an Orientation leader. Finding creative outlets and ways to give back to the community outside of the chiropractic bubble can be very healthy and sustaining to students.
