Wendy has 25+ years of crazy experience in hospitality.  She worships at the altar of superior customer experience and product delivery.  Her passion is for coaching, mentoring and developing folks who have similar obsessions. Wendy holds a bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and maintains the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. In her free time (wait, what’s that?) she enjoys Netflix n’ Chill and overly ambitious home improvement projects.  She lives in suburban Philadelphia with her husband, college-age son and a cat who thinks she’s a dog.
