Career Staffing Services President, Beverly Smith, has over 25 years’ experience working closely with businesses in Central Arkansas to develop and maintain their workforces. She and her husband, Michael, credit the success of their recruiting and staffing business to persistence, tenacity, being students of the staffing industry, and the grace of God.

Beverly is a connector at heart and the staffing business provides her the opportunity to help people from all walks of life achieve their goals: whether it’s the entry level job seeker or the senior level manager tasked with hiring qualified employees while keeping an eye on the bottom line. She enjoys the challenge of problem solving and the satisfaction of implementing creative solutions. Her passion for connecting and problem solving led her to start another business as a professional resume writer and career coach.

Beverly has a BBA from Harding University and is a Certified Staffing Professional. She is married to her college sweetheart, Michael, and they have one son, Bo, and a daughter-in-law, McKenzie, both of whom are her pride and joy.
