Y'all, we are living in CRAZY times! I find that almost daily I am picking my mouth up off the floor because of something else going on in this world! In times like these, I have learned that anxiety people feel amplifies and can completely take them over, if they allow it to.
So what can we do to Find Calm when we are in a Storm that is full of anxiety?
Please join me and my very special guest, Beverly Smith, as we begin a series of discussions where we unpack this. We hope to provide tools and encouragement to all who listen. Our prayer is that you hear something that you can implement in your life to help you fight back against any anxiety you may be feeling.
