We're in the series of getting your business to the next level. And my goal with this is to give you something you haven't thought of, a tip, an idea, something you can use implementing your business, take it to the next level. We talked about coming up with multi-channels for leads yesterday. I wanna talk today about finding a employees eager for a second chance. This can be many, many different ways. I think they call 'em justice-involved individuals is the correct term. Maybe someone has went through the justice system and they have a felony or a misdemeanor find out what it is, especially in this day and age of low unemployment. And second chances like there's people that have made bad choices that are trying to overcome that bad choice and just can't their best options are minimum wage. So what can you do? What can you do to number one, offer an opportunity, and number two, help your business at the same time? There also can be extra incentives for hiring these types of individuals. Tax credits, there's assistance programs, but you're struggling to find employees like this is a great, a great place to find employees. Reach out to a local probation officer or a local prosecutor's office. There's halfway houses. There's all kinds of ways that you can funnel into finding individuals. Not everybody that is committed. A crime is looking to continually commit a crime. Look, they committed a crime because something was lacking in their life. They needed leadership. So you can do two different things for them. You can provide leadership and you can provide a second chance. Not everyone who is in those programs though is looking for a second chance. They're looking, you know, to get one over and be understanding of that. So utilize a process to find people that can fit inside of your organization and help you get your business to the next level. The worst case is you gain some short-term employees and you are able to build out some training mechanisms, best case you gain long-term employees, and you're able to grow your company. Either way, it's definitely a resource to connect to, to begin to find some quality individuals that maybe just made the wrong turn at the wrong time. Or they got caught doing something they shouldn't do. Everybody listening to this has done something they shouldn't have done. And they just didn't get caught. I say that every day, the difference between me and somebody that has served time is the sh*t I did, I just happened to not get caught. That's the only difference. And there's many, many people listening to this who's lived that same life. So what can you do? What can you do with this resource to help you and getting your business to the next level? If you're struggling to find employees develop some resources around what type of individual you wanna find, what type of training you can provide, make the connections necessary and begin to utilize this in your business. To grow your team. You never know, growing your team can help you get to the next level, help you achieve the results you want to achieve. Help you get people a second chance.
