Teresa and Kat discuss Felicity S2, Episode 15, “Things Change,” in which Felicity sees her dad in a new light, Ben navigates his lingering feelings for Felicity as he tries to go on a date with a new girl, Elena and Tracy finally get together after circling each other for several episodes, and Noel finally makes a decision about his relationship with Ruby.
