  • Slow down. Feel your feelings 
  • Remember that things really are happening for you, not to you.  
  • Pause and tap into your intuition.  
  • See the possibility that everything will be okay.  
  • Lean into the moment.  
  • Find support when you need it. 

It’s okay to embrace that life is a process and there’s no end destination. It’s meant to be a rich experience each day.  

Planning is a moment in time, and we can make certain that we are in a high-vibration moment when we are making plans. Talk to your future self and see what she needs in the next 60 or 90 days. It’s about deciding in advance so we can be in the flow.
