Hey everyone! It’s NEW YEARS EVE and such perfect timing for this episode. Although I recorded it literally on the Scorpio new moon a couple moons ago, and now we are here just a day after the Capricorn Mew Moon and a day before the new year, it’s so synchronistic today happened to be the day I pulled out this episode to share. I talk about navigating the new moon, the start of a new year, and the beginning of my bleed. This episode dives into finding your flow postpartum, bleed energetics, and cycle syncing for wholeness and wellbeing.
