This podcast aims to help build positivity within ourselves and strengthen our mental health through positive reinforcement and consistent thinking.
This podcast will also address the everyday struggles that we encounter.
Sometimes we may experience a range of feelings over some time or all at once.
Something may have occurred at our work, or home, or a static situation may have abruptly changed, so; we would like some external input or advice on how to process it.
Because we have not experienced these feelings at another point in our life, we may struggle with getting through these obstacles and issues.
We will cover different topics and mental states to make sense of them.
We're building a community of people who will help each other and build each other up so that we can be strong enough mentally to overcome what we encounter. These types of issues chip away at us over time. Often we feel as if no one else can relate to what we are going through; therefore we don't reach out for help, but that's not true.
There will be recurring ideas discussed, also exercises.
In the future, we will have discussions on the requested topics. So listen in sometime. You may hear the answer or solution that we have been seeking.
It's worth it to seek out a listening ear.
