Born in Longview, WA. Grew up in Modesto, CA. Enlisted November 2010 and stationed in Norfolk VA from 2010-2016 onboard small boat USS Normandy, moved to San Diego I’m July 2016 to become and LCAC engineer. Started coaching CrossFit April 2019. Separated from the Navy March 2021. Three deployments. Dog named Jackson. Currently coaching at Oceanside CrossFit and working on Redemptjon Athletics. A remote coaching business designed for people who want to learn to take control of their lives and become their best self.
