The holiday season can be such beautiful and difficult time of year. Especially if you have been working on healing your relationship with food and body. The holiday season is such a food centred holiday it can be difficult to navigate for anyone, but especially those who have struggled with restrictive eating cycles and/or emotional eating.
For that reason today I want to talk about some tips that can help you sail through the holiday season, armed with a tool kit of resources to support you on your journey to food freedom.
