This solo episode focuses on the various financial tools available to finance the renovation of a historic building.  Specifically:

• Grants and bond bills,
• Tax Credits (HTC, NMTC, LIHTC) and
• Rebates or incentives (DSIRE & Inflation Reduction Act)
