This is a passage of contrasts. To King Herod, Jesus was always nearby. And King Herod claimed desire, but never worshipped Jesus. To the Magi, Jesus was far away. They had to follow the star to find Him. They claimed desire, and actually worshipped Jesus. We claim a desire, but the question is, will we actually worship?
