Finding Healing Through Journaling with Merle Saferstein (Discussing Holocaust Journal Legacy)

Listen Later

Merle Saferstein discusses finding healing through journaling Since retiring as director of educational outreach at a Holocaust center in 2011, she began speaking internationally on topics of legacy journaling, journaling for healing, death and dying, living a life that matters, and Holocaust-related subjects.

She had spent her entire life journaling, filling hundreds of journals throughout the years. Since she found such great healing and peace through her own journaling, she felt she wanted to share this blessed pasttime to help others on their healing journey. Since then she has written books that give prompts and shares lessons in a couple beautiful books that help others in finding healing.
