Three years ago, Mitzi Patton discovered the ministry of Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC) and it quickly became her passion. Now serving as the executive director of CWJC in Lindale, Texas, Mitzi shares, “When these women walk in that very first day, they look at us and they think that we have it all together. But every single one of us that’s a mentor or that is on staff now, has been broken, just like these women are.” Through more than 200 sites across the country, God provides hope through this ministry as CWJC/CMJC participants gain skills, in a Christian contact, for life and employment.
