She’s a self love coach that also works as a philanthropist, motivational speaker, and blogger focusing on helping women find their best selves.

She was awarded the 2019 Woman of the Year Award by Women on the Rise & transformed her own life - getting away from toxic relationships, going vegan, finding an exercise routine, and starting a business she loves to help others empower themselves.
