Today I talk about the importance of finding a mentor! I finished reading a book called "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho and one of the many lessons it carries is the role of a mentor in the main character's life.  Quoting Oprah Winfrey "A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself".
