I don't know what my laugh is & that's really odd to say out loud. It all starts from getting bullied by my own father. Being unsure of what noise to make when I feel joy feels strange, even having to think about what noise to make feels so unnatural. Working through this issue for a while now & I'm determined to find my genuine laugh no matter what! Laughter should be natural & not forced.
