This episode is a little different than the last few. I was asked to do a Ted-type Talk for a local women's entrepreneurs group. I was asked to talk about my experience starting this podcast, and the challenges I've encountered. And I realized that my biggest challenge has been feeling comfortable expressing my opinions, and the fear of rejection that could come as a result. So, instead of hiding, I decided to share this unedited episode with all of you - where that fear comes from and the decisions I have made to work through that fear.  I truly hope that this episode resonates with you in some way and that y'all will continue on the crazy journey with me. But, whatever happens, I promise to continue showing up and challenging myself to be open and vulnerable with my opinions.
