In this episode, I take you on my journey of self-discovery and self-love, which began at the age of 24. Despite it all looking great on paper – a job as a speech therapist, a BA degree, and a long-term relationship – I was deeply unhappy and trapped in a cycle of people-pleasing. I reached a breaking point where I could no longer continue living a life that didn't align with my true self.
