This episode is a rollercoaster!
I have had a few shift happen in the past 10 days,  I cry and talk my way through what has happened, my view on it and my intentions for the future.
The final chord from the old Kate has been cut to allow for the new Kate to come through.

I talk about what my intentions are for this new year, the jam-packed month I have ahead of me that includes Bowen Therapy,  training in Level 1 Reiki, my own sessions with a life coach - all focusing on my growth and making my dreams, my reality.
I touch base on the what Bowen, Reiki and Life coaching is to give some background in case they can help you.

This episode, is about the contrast I have been living this last month or so while not recording and allowing my 9-5 job control my life.
Looking at the current mindset, a lot of us live by.
I say "this is insane" or "crazy" a lot!
Because when we look at how we are currently living, it is CRAZY to think most of us put others first, and allow ourselves to be drained of energy and joy to please others, a way of living I am not enjoying anymore.

This episode is all about how we can stop the current (negative) momentum, through meditation, sleep and making consciously decisions throughout the day.
We all get caught up in life and just go through the motions and react as people and situations arise, but if we were to slow down the unwanted momentum and choose to direct it in a more positive, calm and centred way I believe we all will feel like we have more control over our life and thoughts. Spending 5 minutes a day to clear your mind will do wonders.

Did you know within this moment you have the ability to choose happiness for yourself?
Why wouldn't you choose it? 
And you are probably thinking you are, but we as human aren't as deliberate as we could be when it comes to this, we allow external factors dictate our lives. 
In every single living moment you have the choice to be happy or unhappy, so choose wisely.
