Chris Wildeboer is the CEO of Balance Central which she formed in 2009.  She has been nominated for business and charity awards, co-authored a best-selling book and her passion is to create engagement to create connection, communication and productivity. In the first few years, Balance Central offered one-on-one sessions and grew rapidly through word-of-mouth referrals.  In the past 10 years Chris works with clients across the globe in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Dubai, Kuwait and Australia through her programs and workshops. In particular, Chris loves to work with leaders who have identified the outcomes they want their team to achieve and yet know that the bar is not yet being reached.
