This interview marks what I believe is the first of many I'd like to do with friends, associates, and who knows--perhaps "enemies" about subjects too rarely discussed, particularly without added drama for effect and clicks.

This interview--about a topic I want to dive into much deeper--is with my friend John Mafrici. It's about his unique life seeking to get in touch with his "internal guidance system" amidst a life dominated by trauma.

This is an introduction to John's life--being born into an outward religious experience (Catholicism) he could not relate to, to his life as a rock n roll drummer, to his introduction to a completely different path--a meditative one.

I look forward to releasing "the rest of the story" of John's quest to find and explain our internal guidance system. I can't imagine another topic being as central to living a happy, contented, purposeful life than this one.
